The Industry Leadership Network (ILN) connects cross-industry peers to share knowledge, best practice, and innovations that can be used to increase business and project performance. These events range from National Forums through to small regional workshops.

What makes these forums unique is that the content is driven and developed BY Industry FOR Industry. Attendees will hear about practical, best practices approaches that have proven to add value when implemented in a range of peer industries and sectors, ranging from energy and resources to government, industrial and social infrastructure.

Facilitated by our organising committee, an industry-led Steering Committee nominates an event theme and relevant supporting topics that drive the development and selection of papers and presentations. Topics reflect the current business climate and may include leading practices in areas such as safety, productivity, resourcing strategies, people, cost, project management and operational excellence.
